Deve Gowda manages to lure Kodagu’s ‘Mannina Maga’

MADIKERI: The Moola Janata Dal, headed by the former Minister M.C. Nanaiah in Kodagu, will merge with the Janata Dal (Secular) on February 16 in the presence of its national president H.D. Deve Gowda.

Announcing this at a meeting held in Virajpet on Saturday, Mr. Nanaiah said that the decision was unanimous.

The meeting also decided to build a strong “Janata Parivar” in the State as an alternative to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Congress. (more)

He was fed up waiting, so joining a party. BJP and Cong. party are filled up in Kodagu. Left over is JDS. He fell into the death trap of HDG. God save his future.

BJP, Cong has “houseful” boards on them. Then again MCN is a backdoor politicians who is not capable of winning an election on his own merit. So JD-S, or for that matter, BSP is ok for him.
