MADIKERI: Two school students were arrested for raping a six-year-old girl and attempting to murder her at Napoklu in Kodagu district, police said today.
The boys studying in class IX dragged the girl of the first standard to a toilet and raped her few days back. They subsequently tried to kill her as she began to scream, her mother said in a complaint filed with the police.
She alleged that the matter was initially hushed up by the school committee as one of the boys was the son of a police personnel.
However, the matter came to light after local NGOs took it up and lodged a complaint with the police, urging immediate action.
The boys who were arrested yesterday, have been sent to the juvenile centre in Mangalore, the police said.

I think it looks like... some non kodava can rape ur daughter who is in 1st standard... but not a kodava bcs of the upbringing...

In my first comment, my only intention was to draw attention to the importance of proper upbringing or parental care to mould a young person’s behaviour or character. In specific, I mentioned as “kodava boys” because this blog belong to and is about kodavas. However, anonymous 3 has made some uncivilized comments and has taken this discussion to a personal level which is uncalled-for. Anyone can use abusive language however, I forbid myself from it, because I consider it refuge of an ignorant person.
I would not comment on number of grammatical errors in the language used by anonymous 3, I set aside my comments for some humour for all readers.

Now about the topic, whoever they are,whichever community they are from,its just an example of bad parental upbringing,exposure to adult videos,crime,poverty etc etc.Its not only the boys to be blamed.Blame goes on all who did not correct them at the right age.The ACt is a disgrace to entire human race.
Now the debate is whether the jail or juvenile centre??(not sure about the age of the boys)

Guys all good as commented by Mr Hidgilo i agree for the same,i need to tell you the two boy are muslim youths, and need to know that they are under aged and it becomes the respo of there parents to control kids at home so its a learning that young ones need to be strightned from childhood, i dont know which community the girl belong.but i think the school parents and each and every individual needs to take responsiblity for such things happening in kodag,hence it is important for parents firest and teachers next to sit with kids at home and school and advise how they need to bahave and act with other kids,behiverioul coachings should be implemented at lower school level.
